Numina is SK Consulting LLC’s permissioned blockchain network for compute-to-value services. NUSD means Numina USD; its declared policy targets one U.S. dollar per unit, with Numina Treasury as the intended backing source. NUSD issuance and redemption are not activated.
Kaleido’s authenticated dashboard reported three Numina validators and its system monitor started on September 12, 2026. The permissioned network uses Hyperledger Besu with IBFT in AWS Ohio, under SK Consulting LLC. This is one organization in one region.
The provider reports Besu 23.10.2 with London as its latest configured EVM fork. The NUSD candidate targets those rules. The application now reads the authenticated node connection, configured signer, genesis and latest block through the read-only status endpoint above. A deployed NUSD contract has not been established. No treasury minting has been performed.
Network provisioning does not verify treasury assets or create a dollar redemption facility. The declared 1:1 policy remains subject to documented backing and effective holder terms.

Connect measured compute to the agreed acceptance evidence; resource consumption alone does not confirm a sale.
Bind the correct network, asset, amount and final transaction to the customer’s request before granting a paid entitlement.
Record delivery, customer review and the outcome. Treasury backing and redemption require independent supporting evidence.
