What the workspace stores.
Sign-in supplies an account identifier and email. A service request stores your title, brief, success criteria, business country, consent version, dates and activity notes. Numina uses these records to review scope, communicate delivery and administer the engagement.
Stripe handles card details. Numina retains matched checkout and payment identifiers, confirmed amounts, and refund or dispute events for reconciliation. Confirmed charges are not evidence of a bank payout. The workspace does not store your full card number.
Access and service providers
Your service records are available to your authenticated account and Numina’s operator. The application uses Sites hosting and sign-in, Cloudflare-backed application storage, and Stripe for consulting checkout. Page typography is loaded from Google Fonts. These providers process technical information under their own terms and policies.
Private financial evidence
The owner-only financial evidence workspace stores supporting files and document metadata: service category, legal entity, provider, relationship, jurisdictions, document reference, source URL, stated expiry date and review note. Numina uses these records to organize operating evidence. They remain private to the authenticated owner. Uploaded documents and metadata are retained for review; corrections create a new record. Retention and deletion requests follow the process below. Do not upload passwords, customer records or unrelated personal data.
Dedicated reviewer account
Google Play reviewers use a separate production customer account. Its login stores a password digest in server configuration and sets an eight-hour, secure, HTTP-only session cookie. The server keeps brief per-minute counters derived from a hashed IP address to limit sign-in attempts. The account can access only its own service records; checkout is live. Reviewer records follow the retention and deletion process below. Numina can disable reviewer access and rotate its session key to revoke existing sessions. Raw service credentials are never supplied to reviewers.
Abuse prevention
Control access uses short-lived rate-limit counters based on a hash derived from the connecting IP address and a daily time bucket. Service-request limits use a hash derived from the account identifier and request method. These pseudonymous counters help limit abuse. They are separate from the application telemetry described below.
Runtime measurements
Numina records request counts, response times, status codes and randomly generated request identifiers to operate its software. The new application telemetry excludes raw paths, query strings, account identifiers, request bodies and treasury values. Provider infrastructure logs have their own retention settings. Owner-requested circuit measurements run in a bounded classical simulator; results are returned to the requester and are not written into telemetry logs or the treasury.
Delete your Numina account and data
You can request deletion without installing the app or signing in. Email skott34@numinalabs.xyz with the subject “Delete my Numina account”. Send from the email used for Numina when possible. If you cannot access that address, contact the same support address for help verifying ownership. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or identity documents in the initial message.
The request covers your Numina account association and its personal data, including your email, service-request titles and briefs, success criteria, country and activity notes. You can also use this address to request access, correction or deletion of particular data.
Deletion is handled by Numina’s operator, SK Consulting LLC. Sending an email starts a request; it does not instantly delete records. The operator will reply with any identity-verification steps and the request outcome, including any data retained and why. Where a service provider holds associated data on Numina’s behalf, the deletion review includes requesting deletion from that provider.
Records otherwise persist across sessions. Payment, refund, dispute and security records may need to be retained for applicable accounting, legal, fraud-prevention or dispute obligations. Any applicable retention period and reason must be explained in the response. Signing out or uninstalling does not delete server records. Deleting Numina’s account association does not delete your separate ChatGPT sign-in account or records that a payment provider must retain independently.
On your device
The current installable app requires an internet connection. Its service worker removes older Numina application caches and fetches current pages and assets without an offline fallback. It does not save private API responses or payment records for offline use. Your browser retains the authentication cookies needed for your chosen sign-in method.
Keep sensitive data out of briefs
Use high-level descriptions. Do not submit passwords, keys, personal datasets or confidential source material through the intake form. Agree an appropriate transfer method and confidentiality terms before sharing those materials.
Service locations
The workspace is accessible online. That access does not establish eligibility for every service in every country. International engagements require scope and eligibility review before checkout.
